Dr. Clemenza has published research on the interaction of the complement proteins C3 and C4 with their receptors, and has investigated FLT3 signaling in dendritic cells. 

She conducts tutorials for a large second year course (Imm250, enrollment 900 students) and a smaller third-year course (Imm334, enrollment 200-250 students). She manages the Blackboard websites (e.g. responding to student questions) and coordinates the TA’s for those courses. She also manages student assessments, developing test and exam questions, organizing the administration and marking of tests, coordinating the marking of papers.
