How to Submit An Application
The Department of Immunology may hire Sessional Lecturers to deliver some of its courses. Specific courses will be posted at the bottom of this page and on our bulletin board at 1 King’s College Circle, Medical Sciences Building, Room 7207.
To be considered for a position, an Application Form and CV must be submitted to:

To the extent possible, the department shall announce positions to be filled in accordance with the following timelines:
On or before June 30th for course(s) commencing in September:
On or before October 24th for course(s) commencing in January; and
On or before March 5th for all course(s) in the Summer academic session.
Unexpected vacancies may arise at any time.
Applications will be retained for 36 months. Persons who submit applications and CVs will receive emailed job postings for specific positions for the subsequent 36 months.
This notice is posted pursuant to the CUPE Local 3902 Unit 3 Collective Agreement. Please note that in accordance with that agreement, preference in hiring is given to qualified persons.
